I had a representative named ***** come out a couple of months ago to give me a consultation for solar panels on our home. This was the 3rd quote we had gotten. She did an assessment of our goals for the house since we will be getting an electric vehicle, and built her proposal to accommodate our future needs. We got our solar December 2021. The process went pretty smoothly. Permits, and approval from the power company was faster then expected. The install went smoothly. I was impressed how clean they left my home after install. Our project manager, communicated with us the whole time. I felt like I was apart of the process and never left out. This gave me confidence that they would deliver what promised. We have only paid our connection fee of $8 a month, since having the system turned on. My experience with fluent was interesting to me. I worked with Zack * as the sales rep and I felt he was very transparent and honest. The program made sense. After hearing horror stories about other companies I was hesitant to swift to solar. I ultimately decided to make the switch and have been very happy with that decision. Fluent made the process smooth and seamless.
We got our solar last June. The process went pretty smoothly. Permits, and approval from the power company took about 6 weeks. The install went smoothly. Our project manager, communicated with us the whole time. We have only paid our connection fee of $8 a month, since having the system turned on. Happy with the experience, and have referred family and friends to Fluent
