I have been a customer with Foggs for the past 6 years. I have brought my Jeep in for the free oil changes and inspections regularly for 6 years and every blessed time I brought it in, Foggs would claim my Jeep needed thousands of dollar’s worth of work!! I had purchased the elite extended warranty and I was always told the work I needed done wasn’t covered by my warranty… go figure. When I had them fix the Motor in my rear wiper unit…. The service I had when I got my oil changed two weeks ago was great. No complaints about the oil change. The guy that did my oil change. Did a good job and the lady that checked me in also did a good job. The reason I won’t recommend Fogs automotive is because !!!! I bought a car from them seven years ago and had issues with it when I first bought it. That was my first review on Fogs won’t get into details again. I bought a car from Foggs On April 7 and I only had it for 24 hours and had to take it back to them and up this now I still can't get the car back and this is my first experience buying a car from foggs and am super not happy I called and visited and was given the run around so many times, for a first time customer this is really not good its going on 4 weeks now I brought the car back to them that I purchased from foggs and only had it for 24 hours then it had to go back to the shop.... was given the run around. multiple times. Shelby has great personality however their false advertising practices I don’t recommend them. They advertise for approvals for bad credit however mine is okay (600) with minimal debt ratio… they hard ran my credit several times which caused my score to sink… they said they only do soft credit checks which is a lie… just disappointed all around.
