Although the staff was super nice and helpful, the overall experience wasn’t great. Everything they advertise is a lie. I had good credit, a trade in (with a small loan left on it, which they advertise isn’t a problem) and made a decent amount more than $350/week. Don’t expect to be able to negotiate any price with them. Be that the price of the vehicle or the price of a trade in. What you see is what you’re going to pay. They will not work with you on price, but they try to offset this by working with you through financing and loans. Do not finance any vehicle through them. Always go to a bank or other financial institution. Bought my vehicle there 3 years ago as far as getting me a vehicle that day, they were great.BUT I've had nothing but problems with them replacing things that need repairs. brought my vehicle there a month ago with CAMSHAFT light on. they neglected to look into the problem, changed my oil and sent me on my way NOW I'm now sitting here with a blown motor, and they are giving me a hard time about replacing,even though there ad advertises the engine is covered for LIFE NO CHARGE. RecommendedI went to Foggs in a really negative credit situation due to another dealer. I met with one of the representatives in the showroom, Shawn, and he sat down with my wife and I and was very kind and did not speak down to us as two women, which is very important to me. He took the time to take our information, look at all the factors of our situation and also speak to the finance department on our behalf. Like previous comments that have been posted, Fogg's is extremely misleading. Their commercials are VERY misleading and this is the 2nd time that I have tried to buy a car from them. They don't negotiate on the price of the car being sold and they don't seem to really want to help make things work for you without have $3,000 or $4,000 dollars to place as a down payment.
