We bought our second car from there but our first car was bought somewhere else! They now do service on both cars and can't complain! Loaner car if it's going to take a day or more! Communication is on point!
You guys sold me a crappy car with a bad transmission I had to get fixed on my own. Do you think I’m going to recommend somebody do you guys. And on top of that you tried to Get me to buy the extended warranty without asking. Do you think that’s good business for me. Horrible service!!!!! Takes forever to get just an oil change PLUS they supposedly fixed my sound system and a lightbulb 2 days later the lights came on again that they were not fixed. So done with Foggs I would sooner pay at Jiffy Lube then have their free service.
Just close the place down they are scammers
they were unprofessional during the sale, uncaring about their mix ups and sold me a car without a battery hold down, or an owners manual, im supposed to eat the cost bc they wont...cheap part but its the premise of it! never again will i go there for a vdhicle! save your money people, they suck! sales, and service need a remodel!
the service department was sub par an appointment on 11/27 for an exhaust system and inspection took until 12/10 due to a delay in getting the parts that were supposed to take 3 to 5 days to get
I feel that service is a ripoff. There for a moment I was at Midas. I won’t go there again.
Was there this past Wed. Bought a 2017 Rouge. They made it simple and helped me understand everything. Customer friendly staff. Thanks again Foggs :)

Well a I Bought a fairly new car about a year ago from Foggs. I had my first flat tire this week and to my surprise there was no spare in the trunk. I feel like that should have been made clear when the car was sold to me. Instead the car comes with a "fix a flat" in the trunk. Well I found the fix a flat and it was a no good used can. Not used by me. I was left with no options to move my vehicle. I talked to foggs and they refused to send someone to help me, or tow the car because I was more than 20 miles.
