The sales man Jake was not helpful getting us in a car then waiting on bank they sold the car out from under me how would you feel if they did this to your mother or daughter it’s all around a horrible experience then as they try to put me in a vehicle that was not accommodating to my family’s needs like come on now

Went in a couple of days ago to finance a car and spoke to Shelby. Didn’t like what the bank was offering. Shelby told me to call back on the first and maybe they’ll be a better deal. Have been calling all day and no one has given me a call back. They have caller ID so when they see my call they don’t pick up. This was confirmed because when I called in private they said oh your number came up private. Extremely disappointed in this “customer” centered place. I’ve left messages and no one has responded either.

☣️I would not recommend this business as the vehicle I purchased for over $20K did not last 1 yr and there is no end in sight as far as how much I will have to spend to get it working right. Spent over $9k within the first year.

My wife and i drove a pretty long distance to get there. We wasted a good couple of hours and the sales manager wouldn’t work with us. It was misleading especially the dime down BS. I wouldn’t go back .i also noticed that they turn away certain races . my wife happens to be black and they didn’t want to work with us

Have been in contact since dec 7th with daisy from foggs. Getting multiple calls and texts daily with no let up. Finally get into the shop just to be given the run around for 2 hours. Don’t make enough money for them, tried co-signing still not good enough for them. Wasted my time because of false advertising. Don’t get peoples hopes up and continuously bother them when you’re not even sure they can get a car from you!

They were very friendly at the service counter. My only issue is with the service due to the fact that when I returned home my husband found that the engine cover was not secured down in the spot where is should have been. It was just placed there.

brought my car in for clunking noises, ended up with 2300 dollars worth of work being done to still have the same noises. Took my car back for them to grease the links and was told they 100 percent sure it's fixed. just to have the same noise. so I brought it to a different certified mechanic to find out that my struts weren't tightened all the way and my sway bar that was replaced was also not tightened all the way. not happy at all!

So disappointing! I bought my car from there 6 years ago and they have covered all my oil changes and car inspection. I just paid my car off a couple months ago and now all of a sudden my car won't pass inspection this year...? the same car they've passed for years somehow won't this year, after I paid it off, just odd. also was supposed to get my oil change, I'm not sure they even did that since nothing was reset or no sticker saying when the next change is due. it's just a bummer cause I was going to purchase my next car f... read more
