Not recommended! I want to tell you about Fogg's Auto in Burnt Hills, NY. It's a car dealership near me that, I believe, does not provide quality service. In the last 6-months they mounted 4 new tires and a pair of front struts. When they mounted the tires they damaged the rim's center-hubs as you can see the photos on my FB page. This was the 3rd set of tires mounted on these rims. The first 2 sets were mounted with no damage by the BMW dealer. After the struts were mounted I noticed the dust boots. RecommendedI can't say enough about how great I was treated by their service department. My car needed a small repair I was given a loaner car then when I explained to them that I have an older dog that weighs over a hundred pounds that I had to get to the vet and due to her injuries I could not get her in the car they immediately said let me see if we can get you a loaner SUV would that help? I was floored that is way above and beyond.
A great buying experience. Christine (hope it's spelled right) was great to work with. She made us feel very welcome. She went out of her way to show us a vehicle (the one we bought) that want even on the lot for sale yet, but was just what we were looking for.
I loved the customer service, Sam was absolutely great to work with! They however leave out a lot of details sometimes. Being a first time buyer I don't exactly know all the questions and I feel that they knew that and took advantage of that. As much as I LOVE my new car, I wish they had explained a bit better about pricing before you sign on the dotted line.

I had a very attentive young man, Brendan Whiteside, assist me in getting a great car. The whole staff was excellent and courteous. I was not strong-armed into making any decisions, and was able to take my time looking around their lot and then asking for recommendations within my budget and credit. They have an amazing 10 point warranty program included free with any purchase. I highly recommend Fogg's and their entire team!
Very disappointed with how much time I wasted here. After 5 hours my first visit an leaving unhappy, I was assured by a manager that I would be able to get the vehicle I want at the payment I want. Went back and wasted 3 more hours only to be told the exact opposite of what was originally said to me. I took notes on everything that was said, and caught them in multiple lies. Stereotypical used car salespeople. Don't waste your time trying to buy a car here!!!
