Matt Key at Foot Solutions created the best orthotics I've ever had! He knew exactly what to do. After two foot surgeries on one foot my new foot doctor recommended him to me. My feet are now comfortable in my shoes and the orthotics protect the other foot as well. Matt is kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does.
It's been over 5 years since I visited Foot Solutions on Bell road. Mat was still there and though I was helped by another, the same great service I got so many years ago was still the order of the day. I wore the shoes I bought 5 years ago almost every day and though they were a bit raged, they still were doing the job. After struggling to adapt to the foot orthotics that were prescribed to me by my podiatrist, I came here hoping these people could help me. Not only did they help me, but they actually listened to my specific needs and accommodated accordingly. I have a massive sneaker collection and needed an orthotic that would not only accommodate virtually all of my shoes, but would also be able to handle being swapped out on a daily basis. Went in there NOT being a believer. My feet hurt so bad never knew my high arches were my problem. I've tried everything I could do countless dollars on crap. NOW I've have a place to buy new shoes the 3D printed inserts amazing. I promise you'll fell better 100% .
I used the original inserts I bought here for almost 20 years with amazing results. I use them in my boots, tennis shoes, and golf shoes. About three years ago I noticed they weren't quite the same so I went into a store in Texas to check the warranty replacement and I walked out with a new pair for about $25! Love this brand, they have been very good to me.
Stopped in after a recommendation from a friend. Alex was very helpful and took the time to explain what to look for in a shoe and why. He also assessed what I wanted in a shoe and helped me find a set for work and and set for leisure. My gait has improved and sciatica pains have subsided. My experience couldn't have been better. I give them a 5 star review because they were professional, knowledgeable and accurate. I was having heel pain problems. They didn't try to sell me new shoes. They sold me inserts and an ankle brace. My heel pain was gone. My husband also went with him and they sold him a pair of shoes. His old shoes were not in good shape. We both were very happy with the service communication and results. Have to give a shout out to this business and it's specialist. Matthew is such an amazing human being. He's a professional podiatric pharmacist who know his trade . Called to locate a pair of Finn comfort sandals and was fortunate they had them. Matthew put them aside and when I arrived made sure we had the right size & fit. He's recommended by orthopedists and works to keep you out of surgery. We were very impressed with the excellent service provided by certified pedorthist, Matt Key. He helped my husband find the type of shoe and size that was the best for him with his foot conditions. Matt is so knowledgeable and patient. It is best to make an appointment as he spends a lot of time with each customer getting them the exact right fit.
