We came in here last year (I never did a review) and Mathew was amazing with my 93 yo grandmother who suffers from many issues that ultimately come back to causing issues for her feet and walking. Matthew spent as long as it took about 2 hours with us trying on different sizes and customizing some things for a better fit for my Grandma. The shoes were the most expensive pair I've ever paid for but totally worth it because my grandma loves them still and prefers them over any other shoe. I went to Foot Solutions looking for something for my Plantar Fasciitis and arch support. Being an Muralist, I am up and down scaffolding a lot and my feet hurt from constantly adjusting my feet to keep my balance up high on scaffolding and ladders. When I walked into Foot Solutions, the people there were so helpful. I think it was the manager that fitted my shoes with custom arches and a pad to adjust one of my painful big toes. Matt is amazing here! Last may i showed up with some foot problems and bought custom inserts from them and they are great! Matt explained everything about my new orthotics and you can tell he really cares about the people he is helping. Today i came in to get my orthotics adjusted and matt had them done in20mins and waived the adjusting fee! You guys have a customer for life and thank you so much for everything!
This is a professional shoe store. My wife has had hip pain for a long while. George saw this when she was walking and put some shims in her shoe. Problem solved. If you miss great service, you need to shop here.

I am a person whose feet ache no matter what I do or wear, if I am on my feet most of the day.
