Kerry, the owner, was awesome! He let me try on a bunch of Vionic shoes and offered to order in some colors/sizes that weren't available. He also let me know my options and choices. He was so kind as was his sweet wife. I bought a great pair of sandals and will definitely be back. Thank you!
Great customer service, they were able to get me scheduled right away. Got fit for my orthotics. They said it'd take about two weeks It only took five days Can't emphasize enough the customer service
The best place for all your feet needs. They accept most ins plans & Medicare. They have shoes handmade in Germany, they have the best socks for pain. The best insoles ever made & helps with your back pain & all pains. Come in & see Matt a Veteran & George the mgr.
This is an update Matt has continually worked on my insoles for months now. I can call him and bring my shoes in for tweaking and he's always there for me. I have really bad feet and this guy knows his stuff. I'm a waiter so I'm on my feet all the time and without him I wouldn't be able to work and that's not an exaggeration. I came in due to some pain I was experiencing in my foot making it painful to walk and do day to day activities. I was assisted by Matt who had excellent customer service and helped me walk away with sole inserts at a reasonable price compared to other relative competitors. When I went home they didn't quite fit in all my shoes but I went back and he helped me and resized them for me so they fit better. I am very impressed and looking forward to less painful feet!
What a difference a proper fitting makes! My husband has difficulty finding comfortable shoes that fit and I am the one who has to listen to his complaining. Foot Solutions appears to specialize in orthotics and foot problems, but we were in the area and decided to see what they were all about. I'm glad we checked this place out. After a very unsatisfactory experience at Arizona Walk Store in Mesa, we drove from Gilbert all the way to the Bell Rd. store. It was so worth the trip. We have never received better customer care than at Foot Solutions. Kim was great. She had lots of ideas to help my husband's neuropathy, but we never felt pressured to buy anything (although we did because my husband could already tell a difference). Met an angel on earth this week. Small fiber neuropathy & Sarcoidosis have me at mega pain levels. I've done no favor to my feet, putting off a TRUE orthotic footwear analysis to give myself a fighting chance, as stopping work is not an option and meds are not for me with my job.
