A few years ago I buyed few shoes and it was very good shoes but I went two weeks ago purchased pair shoes for work and as soon I try the shoes to go to work shoe was not comfortable at all I took it back but the lady said I will fix the problem guess what after she fixed still same not better, I know for sure never shop in any of foot sloution no more, you think to pay high price is going to be good but not anymore .

I am always sad when a product purchased from my store doesn't work. In this case the customer returned and we did our best to find a solution to the shoes not feeling comfortable. The customer left the store and we felt that the solution made the difference. Since the customer didn't return after that we were not aware there was still a problem with the shoes. As shoe fitters we spend alot of time asking questions and trying to discover the right shoe for the right feet based on the persons feet and their specific activity.... read more
Showed up about 4:30pm on Saturday after getting off work...they close at 5pm. Was made very clear that I was going to put $145 towards a pair of boots they didn't even have in stock (and wait 7-10 days for delivery...are they coming from Russia?) or they just were not going to deal with me. Then I get the explanation of custom orthos and how it can take weeks to get accustomed to them...sorry, but the idea that pain equals solution and healing is archaic and lame. Many of the shoes we buy come directly from our manufacturers because some do not have warehouses in the USA. We do order shoes from Germany and New Zealand. When we place special orders we do our best to get the shoe in a timely manner. With regards to the custom inserts, it may take up to a few weeks to get use to them since we are supporting the arch and redistributing weight. Each body is different and will get accustomed to the inserts at a different rate. We ask the customer to do a followup appointment after 2 weeks ... read more
