Matt, Kim, George and the owner, Gerry, are all friendly and professional. I purchased a pair of hiking shoes there around Sept of 2015. I hike about an hour a day, 5-6 days a week on a rocky, dirt trail in northwest Phoenix. It's approximately 2.5 - 3.0 miles round trip. That is the only time I wear my hiking shoes. George and his folks at this store are amazing! I have read some of the comments where people complain about the price and the staff being upfront on what to expect. If you are used to going to any average shoe store for your shoes, you will have to adjust your expectations when you come here. They are upfront and address the sticker shock right away. The staff here are really knowledgeable and nice. The owner helped me find some inserts and shoes to ease my foot pain. I have been feeling better since switching footwear. And, the shoes are actually cool looking--I've had girls with regular shoes stop me to ask about mine. Foot Solutions helps you find shoes that make you look AND feel better.
just an update here, kim was so helpful and pleasant. I didnt even buy the inserts at this location, kim assured me that sometimes it takes a few adjustments and not to wory about coming back more than once to get adjustments. the entire staff is so great and really go above and beyond. I cant say enough great things about my experiences here. I highly recommend this location for all of your needs, avoid scottsdale and come here, you wont be disappointed-Ron Duke
I'm saddened that all the low star reviews I have read in regards to Foot Solutions at any location is mainly due to people who do not want to spend over $100 and/or wait to receive their order. Went here because my feet were painful and I just could not find comfortable shoes. The staff was very knowledgable and helped me pick out some great shoes and an orthotic to help with my foot problem. In 2 weeks my feet feel great and I will never go any where else for my feet and shoe needs.

I went to look at some shoes for my problem feet and Matt recommended his orthotics. I had no luck finding comfortable custom orthotics so I told him I didn't think so and he assured me they had a satisfaction guarantee and he would adjust them so they would work for me. Several weeks later and 4 adjustments to the orthotics and they still were neither comfortable or able to keep my foot from sliding to the front of shoes (my toes were hitting the end) and he told me these orthotics would keep my foot in the proper position... read more

A few years ago I buyed few shoes and it was very good shoes but I went two weeks ago purchased pair shoes for work and as soon I try the shoes to go to work shoe was not comfortable at all I took it back but the lady said I will fix the problem guess what after she fixed still same not better, I know for sure never shop in any of foot sloution no more, you think to pay high price is going to be good but not anymore .

I am always sad when a product purchased from my store doesn't work. In this case the customer returned and we did our best to find a solution to the shoes not feeling comfortable. The customer left the store and we felt that the solution made the difference. Since the customer didn't return after that we were not aware there was still a problem with the shoes.
