I take the... (Verified Renter) I take the blame for the mixup with the original request but after sending a corrected request the parking lot light is still out. I would still recommend this community because this is only the first negative maintenance I?ve had. Most of the time everything is fixed pretty fast.

Its just a... (Verified Renter) Its just a great community to reside at. Great for kids to have fun during summer, great for cook outs by the pool, the amenities are awesome.
Overall the public... (Verified Renter) Overall the public areas are okay, but need to be looked at daily for general lawn care, garbage pick up. Has improved tremendously over the last 6 months.
Don?t like that... (Verified Renter) Don?t like that the rent amount changes based on whatever day you need to move and changes every 24 hrs from what you were offered before.
I have seen... (Verified Renter) I have seen great organization and property management. Staff are incredibly friendly and ready to assist anyone who walks in the door.
It?s close to... (Verified Renter) It?s close to everything. It?s a safe community. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are clean. The pools and gym are excellent.
It's just a... (Verified Renter) It's just a nice place to live. Very clean, safe, secure, orderly - to name a few things. I've only been here for a month and am super satisfied.

I loved living... (Verified Renter) I loved living at Forty57 but there were a lot of extra charges I didn't agree with. Rent should have stayed the same as well.
