I usually get really good service and a gentle cleaning but yesterday was atrocious. My gums were so beat up and sore from the cleaning that I couldn't eat dinner. Once you find a good hygienist, keep them.

Had 1st appointment of the day. They were 7 minutes late starting. Gentle man next to me wondered out loud how long do they have to talk.
I found your bathroom, office and dental room to be very dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and was just generally dirty. The room that I was in (6) had cob webs on the walls. A big disappointment. I was shocked how the place had gone downhill. Even the entry way looked like it had not been vacuumed in days. My hygienest was great.
My first visit came and went without much of anything happening. So anything above average at this point would be premature. Everyone out front was very friendly and helpful, but it felt a little bit hurried ( assembly line ) I tried to make it clear that I have an irrational FEAR of the dentist and all that is involved there. The dental work was excellent by Dr. Pary and her chairside assistant but the interuptions and delays were unacceptable. The computer was froze so the assistant couldn't pull up the screen to show I had complete coverage of the work being done. So I had to wait 20mins. before even starting. That should've been done before I even got there. Dr. Pary and the assistant were pulled away from my 3 fillings twice. I was in room #5 and the water to one of the drills did not work properly. They broke my tooth and was in a lot of pain. had to go to an oral surgen to get what was left of the tooth pulled. They should of paid the oral surgen but I had to pay a lot of money for it. will never go back. also when the family go in to get teeth cleaned they complain their teeth hurt all the time.We will be going back to our old dentist.

I do not like that I was not informed my dentist had left until I got there. This was EXTREMELY unnerving to me. I am rethinking any future visits to this office.
