I booked a intermediate car from fox on August 10th pre-paid plus the $150.00 deposit charged to my cwithin minutes. I am arriving in Orlando Sept 9th till Sept 19th. Since my booking and hitting pay now i receive e-fox offering discount rateds My car rental went from $220.69 to $ 146.24. Left a pair of my son's sunglasses behind in a vehicle. I had called 3 times since, including from the shuttle when we immediately realized. No one has called me back. Why have a Lost and Found if you're not actually going to help people get their stuff back? This combined with the fact that the first trip we used Fox a suitcase was left behind at the airport when the driver said he would get it. Horrible customer service
Terrible company!!!! Do not use them. They charge way too much and the car was in poor shape. Very bad customer service also. This was a very very bad experience! !
STAY AWAY!!! I rented a Fiat for my week-long trip to Florida. When we got our day started the next day, I found the car to continuously tell me it needs an oil change. Additionally, a warning light started going off that we didn't know so we looked it up in the manual and found the Electronic Throttle Control was about to go out leaving us stranded wherever we are. Too many things to mention. Shuttle driver took 35 minutes to get from terminal to off site rental location. Vehicle was in very poor shape (various rips/tears in the interior and dings around the exterior as well as strange noises from front end). On the return was told that only two shuttles were running and that it would be about 10 minutes before one came back.
