Here’s a picture of the shuttle bus hiding behind the building despite the long line of people waiting up front for over 20 min. We ended up getting a lyft back to the airport.
We rented in Tampa and were scheduled to turn in our car in Orlando. Upon arriving at Orlando (off site from airport), there was no employee outside for the other 2 people in front of us dropping off their cars. I went inside where there were about 7 people behind the desk areas and let them know nobody was outside to assist the customers dropping off. I felt the lady at the counter who was trying to sell me everything was very deceiving when it came to how the Florida till system worked, she made it sound like in order to use the toll roads you needed to have a toll pass other wise you would be fined when I questioned her on it she showed me a map and used scare tactics into convincing me of buying the toll package that they sold. In Florida you have the ability to pay cash at the tolls the cost was between $1.00 and $0.75. which is nothing like what you pay in NY or NJ.... read more

Had a reservation confirmation for $128 for the week. They would not honour it. Wanted to charge $360. All the negative feedback is earned! Do not rent from Fox EVER!
They are horrible! My husband and daughter waited for 2.5 hours for their car due to only staffing one agent to handle a line out of the door at 1 am
Arrived last night to pick up the car. The line was going out the door and this was at 1230 am. took two hours to get to the counter because there was only one agent there. was given the wrong contract. Had to go back to the office wait for them to finish with someone else. This took an additional 30mins. Overall I was there for 2.5 hours. and still had to drive an hour to get to my destination. Took 2 hours to get to the counter because only one person was working. Then we were given the wrong contract and took almost 30 more mins for help. Awful slow service.
I will NEVER rent from this company again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!! My only good experience was with the person we returned our car with. When I got to the location, the customer service (if that is what you want to call it) was HORRIBLE!!! She quickly went through the rental process and when I asked clarifying questions the counter agent seemed annoyed.
