Terrible. Llevo una hora esperando a que aparezcan a recogerme y son las 2 de la madrugada. Nadie aparece. Es una porqueria. Me voy a buscar en los counter a ver su consigo un carro con otro rent car NO SIRVE

Over a 45 minute wait for a shuttle. Once at the rental place, almost a 2hr wait to get to the counter. Very short staffed.

I paid in full online when i reserved the car months before my trip. When I arrived at the Fox lot it 2+ hours to speak to someone about the car I had paid for. Only to find out they couldn't locate the car. The guy at the counter offered to upgrade us for FREE to a minivan. We agreed, put our $313 deposit down and left. We returned the car at the end of our trip and were emailed a receipt, refunding only $150. We were charged for an upgrade fee as well as several other items. NEVER again took over 2 hours for them to "find " the vehicle we rented. When they finally found it there are what I hope is chocolate stains in the back and passenger seat. The icing on the cake is they tried to give me a car seat for my son that was manufactured in 2008??

I just rented from here. I waited in line for over 45 min with a reservation. Then the cashier asked if I wanted to add a driver and never told me it would cost 77 dollars. I will never come here again. This is a horrible way to do business. I'm very disappointed in this place.

Son unos INFELIZ desgraciado yo le puse al carro un " sello de peaje" y me cobraron hoy 33 dólares más en adición por Internet el precio del carro era 280 y cuando llegue allá me cobraron 700 dólares por una mierda de corrolla, IINFELICES

The worst service ever! Rented a car (March , 11, 2019) to go to Miami for 2 days and had a blow out 100 miles outside of Orlando. It took them 39 minutes to answer the call. They were no help gave me the run around. They have Zero Customer Service, ZERO COmmittement to their customers and are the worst. I paid for roadside assistance (they never offered the service) and a tire. They said take it to Firestone and they will fix it another lie and more time wasted. Terrible place. They refuse to honor what their operators ensure the cost will be when you book the reservation, even after they listen to the recording of the call.

they don't tell you till you get to the counter but their deposit is $1,000. they tried to walk you in to a dozen unnecessary fees they tried to insist that they are mandatory when they are not... and to top everything off the staff is rude and unprofessional
