We've been fighting bogus charges for months and can't get them removed.
Rude counter staff Found reservation, charged us 2-1/2 times amount we reserved vehicle for. Location is makeshift scam scary - STAY AWAY travelers.
Good value for a car rental company. Front counter worked was rude - even after trying to make small talk. Unprofessional, did not smile, or greet our party. They will make you feel bad if you don’t take them up on their offer for insurance and tolls in Orlando. If you miss a toll, they will charge you $15/toll on top of the price of the toll. Received my rental with half a tank of gas and was told I needed to return it with a full tank... Good value for a rental. Crap service.
this is a cross between a rental car company and I drive by shooting. They are way off the airport, and have very poor customer service. Ran out of the car that I had reserved. They obviously don't know what Reserve means. Stay away at all cost!
Hello, I rented a car from one of their establishments. It started out ok but the car was smoky and not the size we requested. Then when we returned, the shuttle driver was very rude. We had drinks with lids on them and not drinking them and he demanded we throw them out. They were just purchased and we wasted our money on those. Then when he pulled out of the lot he floored it and cut off two vehicles causing them to slam on their brakes. una mentira, te engañan con los precios, si te extiende alquiler ellos te muestran un valor por la extensa y luego debes de tu tarjeta de crédito! y un asalto, y si usted viene a reclamar a la gerente que y una señora y mal educada!
Im sick of waiting in line for over an hour and counting now—- that’s after waiting for their shady shuttle service from the airport. They have 2 people working at the counter and at least 75 people in line. Every time I give them my business, they fail terribly- not doing this again!
