I’m never one to talk bad about an experience- but this car rental place is terrible! Terrible experience picking up from the airport and the LINE TO GET a car was almost 1 hour- Then when we dropped off the car the truck never came so we called an Uber - what a terrible experience- Only use this company if you want to waste all your time getting a car -
Just called to let them know our flight was cancelled, so we would need to move our reservation back 1 day. They said we had to cancel and make a new reservation, but we would be out the 425.00, since we prepaid and would have to pay for a new reservation. Ridiculous!!! Plus the guy I spoke to was rude and then hung up on me!!!! He asked me why I booked so early and didn't know why I would prepay for it since i didnt know how the weather was going to be. REALLY??? No cars left, even when you have a reservation and already paid for it! We waited an hour and a half in line before they told us!Wasnt easy to find a new car at 3AM.

The worst customer service , they ask you if you want them to call you back , you saw yes , they call you back and you are back in line to talk to someone, stupid.. I would have just stayed on the phone ..STAY AWAY COUNTER LITTLE GIRL WAS TNE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD , train them , or at least try too ..
No momento da locação tivemos um problema com o nosso cartão de crédito e devido a isso fizemos o pagamento da caução em dinheiro USD 250,30. A atendente Mayra Aquino nos garantiu que o valor pago seria reembolsado e que a empresa me enviaria um cheque para nosso endereço nos EUA com o valor do reembolso. Terrible customer service. We waited 40 minutes at the airport, then when we got there they tried charging us an additional $220 for insurance that we had declined when making our reservation and insisted it was required, which we soon found out it was not. We tried to call mid week and waited on hold for almost an hour.
Sitting in a Chrysler 300 for 9 hrs now on the side of the road in Clermont Florida because the weather is so bad that the call center is backed up due to high call volume. Fox gave me a faulty car that shut off while I was driving to Walmart. No emergency light or signals on the dash, it just refuse to turn over. Just keeps on cranking, but never starts. we were very upset with the total lack of customer service, both in Miami and Orlando. Employees acted as if we were disturbing them, and they were doing us a favor. When we dropped the car off in Orlando, I couldn't even get someone to check it over and sign off that we had returned it without damage and with a full gas tank.
