Rented a car Feb 28 to March 1st with Fox at the MIA airport. Provided drivers license and insurance card. Agent said we don't need the insurance card. I was informed on the SunPass, deposit and fuel which I totally agreed to. If you make any change to rental agreement, Fox will CHARGE THE DAYLIGHTS OUT OF YOU! Rented car at Tampa; sign at counter read early return charges waived due to coronavirus. Tried to return car early BUT Fox said they'd still charge the penalty charges/fees. Fox DENIED anything about waiving charges due to the coronavirus.
If I could rate them a 0 star, I would. Worst rental car experience of my life. From the car smelling like cigarettes, to the dents all over the car, to the oil light being on, to paint bubbling in the front of the car, this rental place is awful and would never recommend them again. Zero stars They charge you 50 for an early return and 55 for a late return. Either way you're paying one of these amounts, the person at the counter does not tell you this. Pre-paid gas sounds like a deal but they charge you for a whole tank even if you bring it back 1/4 full. For a rental estimate of 121.00 to turn in to 357.00, they should be shut down as a business.

Rented a Fox car through Booking.com at the Orlando Airport. Upon arrival the salesman advised we were more than 2 hours later than the reservation so the original cost would increase by $100. When we complained, he "threw in" the extra driver fee at $10 per day, which we never even used. The car pick-up site is off airport on a highway so we had no other choice but to accept. Do NOT rent from this company. Especially if you are not familiar with the rental car process. I purchased the upgraded liability insurance option, assuming that would cover everything I might need if I get in an accident. The agent at the desk said NOTHING about a loss damage waiver that would actually cover any damage to the car. This is the worst rental car company in United States. Not even any company is close!!! In last Aug, I traveled to Denver for a day, and booked a car online. To try to save my time, I prepaid the renter online. I was waiting in the rental office from 9am to 12:30pm, more than 3 hours, to get a car. Since I already paid the renter, I still picked up the car. Since too much time was wasted, I had to cancel my original plan. Then, my nightmare begin.
