ZERO STARS Lesson learned - don't use these guys. I lost $220 here. Their website is tricky and before you know it, you may prepay. And, they charge a $150 refundable deposit that you have to fight to get back. Bottom line, I clicked through the purchase, they would not let me cancel or change (even add to!) the reservation. I booked else where, didn't follow through on the reservation and they STILL changed and didn't return the down payment.. had to get credit card company to dispute it all.. should get deposit back, proba... read more

I want give them -10 but that's not possible. This is the worst car rental in my life. Don't ever book even if it's cheap. They will rob you blind. I never going to make the mistake again

No Stars. Customer Service is horrible. I rented a car, had to take back next morning for transmission pull. Took 2 hours to Swap me another car by a lady helping me while on her Instagram at the same time, just for my receipt to be a different price and had to go back and resolve this. Los Angeles LAX century location is so ghetto and horrible. I was then told i would get a 3 day credit that would show up on my online profile within 24 hrs. No stars. I encountered the same situation (scam) as Gerald D. The car I rented was damaged in an accident. Ms. McCarty demanded payment from me (via email) because she could not locate AAA's (the responsible party's insurance) contact information. After I supplied AAA's (they were waiting for Fox to contact them to pay the claim) contact information, AAA paid the claim submitted by Fox Rental Car. People have to wait 4 hours to pick up their prepaid vehicle?! My family and I couldn't wait that long and forfeited the rental fee, walking across the room to Sixt rental where we got a van in less than 5 minutes.

NEVER rent from this company. The trouble started when we had to wait over 30 minutes in 15-degree weather for the shuttle to arrive after trying to call the location several times. Then, we arrive and are treated to over an hour in line before finally getting to the counter where we are lied to and overcharged by $100+. After finally getting the car, we walk outside to find a car under ice and snow. We go back inside for an ice scraper to clean the car ourselves (stellar customer service there). I rented a car back in August from their location in Orlando Florida. Iget to the location the lines were long I waited a half hour. I declined everything they were trying to sell me...it seemed they weren't happy about that...so they give me a car that was a special car...I wonder why? I check the car out...no visual damage to the body...so i leave....get to my location about 20 minutes later. We rented a vehicle from them. Our flight was delayed getting into the Orlando Airport by an hour. When we arrived at the shuttle station to get picked up we had to wait for over an hour and half for the shuttle to come and get us. In the mean time I called to see where the shuttle was, and while on hold I kept getting told that there were 10+ calls in front of me. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We are pretty easy going, so the long wait picking up our car, and then being given an absolutely filthy car (large stains, layers of stains on every seat and filthy carpets etc) followed by getting another car that was still not clean but ok didn't really upset me. Like I said, we are patient and thought we would give them a pass **** it might have been a bad night, and the place was short staffed and the two workers were grumpy. We let it go.
