This Fox Rent A Car location provided me with a vehicle that was not safe to drive. The rear view mirrors were cracked to a degree where it was not possible to see behind me. This vehicle was not in a condition that would pass inspection so it should not have been provided as a rental vehicle. I paid in full for the vehicle in advance and was not offered any other vehicle in its place. As a result I consider this a breach of contract justifying a return of amounts paid. Bad! Bad! Bad! Over 3 hours to obtain my car. 1.5 hours in line in Denver CO. 1.5 hours to obtain my car. It did not show up after waiting for an hour. Other renters behind me in line kept getting cars while I waited. When I enquirer about my car rental, they just blew me off. Then I found another staff member (*** ** who assisted me. She was wonderful. The manager did nothing. NEVER rent from this company! ********* who I rented the car from did NOTHING. I am not doing business with them either.

I have been charged for a rental car inaccurately and am having trouble resolving it. Customer service is a big problem---long wait times, individuals who do not seem to have the authority to make corrections. I have been incorrectly billed and have spent days trying to resolve it.

I reserved a full size, 7 seat SUV over 45 days in advance of our arrival to PHX. I reserved this size vehicle because I was traveling with my son and husband from Denver and meeting my daughter and mother in PHX. The 5 of us would be returning to Denver together with 5 large suitcases needing to be accommodated. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were told that they didn't have the reserved vehicle available. What then is the point of making a reservation? **WARNING** THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AND FOREIGNERS - DON'T GO HERE! This store is full of CROOKS! They told my mother that her credit card provides a type of insurance so she didnt need to purchase additional coverage. They then audacity to put $600 worth of additional insurance coverage on her agreement which, she unknowingly signed because; the representative told her there wasn't insurace added. Returned our Fox rental car to Tampa and somehow managed to accrue a toll charge of 53 cents (not dollars, 53 cents). Apparently, there are no actual toll booths and the state just takes a picture of your license plate and bills the registered owner. I would have gladly paid the 53 cents, had I been given the option to do so. Instead, Fox sent me a letter saying they paid the 53 cents and were going to charge my credit card that amount plus a $15.00 administrative fee. So they are charging me $15.00 for a 53 cent bill! Fox Rent a Car does not honor Toll Roads of OC Military Program. Charged with a toll, Fox does not send toll way notice. Instead charges "Administrative Fee". On March 24 we had used Fox Rent a Car services. We were not told that they did not cover all tollways in California. Found out the hard way that they do not cover OC tolls. I was rented a vehicle on 4/5/17 from the Denver Int'l airport. First, I was charged a deposit without being advised in advance of the charge. Second, the vehicle arrived almost an hour after completing paperwork. Third, there was a broken windshield the entire length of the driver side, obscuring visual acuity while driving, rendering the vehicle dangerous & unsafe to drive. I booked a SUV through rentalcars.com reference number xxxx. I called Fox Rent A Car on February 16, 2017 and spoke to*****, after being on hold for close to one hour who ASSURED me that there would be a SUV available to me and if there wasn't the type that I reserved I would be upgraded at no additional charge.
