Incredibly unprofessional. We live in Colorado, and had planned to rent an SUV to go see family in Georgia. We found a good deal through priceline and fully paid for our reservation back in September to be prepared, knowing SUV rentals are hard to find during snow season in Colorado. If I could give no stars I would. We rented a car from Fox on the 12/1 and first off the car was not clean had dog hairs all over the seats.. the tire pressure in 2 of the tires were very low. Anyways I had car rented to the 9th. We ended up having to stay so extended our car rental. Again another situation came up and we needed to extend again. I have tried to call and speak with someone at Fox Rent a Car multiple times at the Tampa Airport regarding our rental and the the charges, only to be put on ignore/hold and also had my calls disconnected, I managed to speak with one person who had a thick accent when I started explaining the reason for my call I was put on hold and then the call disconnected. They are sending customers out in car which appear to have not been COVID 19 Sanitized and which apparently have not been safety inspected because they have low tires and others have reported bad brakes and other issues.

Was in a car accident. Wanted to rent a car. Already rented thru Hertz for a week but $500.00 price tag was a little high. Thought I would try to get a better rate. Found Fox rent a car. After renting an upgrade at checkout, we where on our way, 55 miles down the road, had a flat tire, where we were stuck with an empty can of fix a flat with no spare tire, we finally got through to customer service, did say they would replace the car for us, sent out a tow truck with a downgraded car, spent over 6 hours the whole day waisted on the vacation weekend trip, waiting for our car, for an overcharged vehicle and then 3 weeks later received a toll booth charges from Fox rent a car with a 75.00 service fee that their... read more

Two main points; First, when we arrived to pick up our reserved car, it was not ready at the reserved time. When we finally received the car it was clear it was used by a smoker and was very strong. I immediately wrote an email to explain this and that we would do what we could to help air the car out while we had it for the week. Please do not use this unethical company. They hook you in with budget prices, give you with a poorly maintained car and slam you with a bill at the end. I had rented a vehicle from Denver airport for two days. This car had over 70K miles on it and it had not been well kept. As we drove into Breckenridge the front end of the car began to progressively shake more and more violently. I called Fox and they offered to send out a replacement.
