If I could give them less than one star I would. After a debacle where we landed and they said they were sold out of cars when we already paid in full through priceline?? Then the manager walked up, said let me go see what I have in the back. He was able to produce a lesser vehicle than what was paid for but threw in a "free tank of gas" I was okay with it and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were a good company! WRONG! I will absolutely never rent from Fox again. They have no customer service, and flat out lie to customers. During COVID-19 pandemic, bridge tolls have been closed in California, and thus the toll fee is mailed to drivers so no one has to exchange money. Fox Rental charged me twice for the tolls for the two bridges I went over, plus $30 in administrative fees, totaling $53.95 for what should be a $10 toll charge. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC! I ARRIVED TO FOX AND THE LINE WAS WRAPPED ALL THE WAY OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. TWO HOUR WAIT IN LINE FOR A CAR! Worst rental car company I have ever dealt with. Went through Priceline to order an SUV. That was my first mistake. Had a six hour flight then had to wait over two hours to get my vehicle and was told they didn't Have any SUVs available and was given a minivan. It was filthy and had an awful smell. This is the WORST rental car company I have ever dealt with. A bunch of crooks if you ask my opinion. Was under the assumption I would pay a certain rate when I booked on a 3rd party website (my first mistake),boy was a wrong they charged me an obscene amount. I am very disappointed in Fox Rent A Car. We rented a car in Denver from July 15-20, 2020. The car was fine, but the service after has been terrible. First of all, we were not informed that there would be a $20.00 a day extra fee for an underage driver (22). Then when we returned the car, we were charged a fee that was supposed to be a reimbursement. We paid $491. 25 as our booking fee. When the car was returned, the total estimated charges were $467.08. On 8/14 I rented a 2020 dodge charger at the McCarran airport location on south Las Vegas boulevard.The touch screen was dirty,there were smashed cookies in the backseat French fries under the seat 2 half drunk water bottles under the seat and black marks all over the back bumper.
