Get to FOX around 9:30pm to pick up our car, our representative seemed annoyed by his job, but whatever we just need the car. Zips through all the details ask if I need an Ipass, No, rental insurance, No, etc, etc... As I'm completing documents he's asking me to initial on a pad that I understand what he is saying. They told me they had no cars even though I had a reservation. Then they proceeded to tell me the only way I could rent is if I was from out of state with a Airline ticket. I was in from Denver to work valid Colorado license and they denied my rental. Expect half of what they say.
This company is very racist and bias and needs to be investigated. The do not care about there customers and you can see that they do not want to assist there customers of color. The representative Emmanuel was rude and unprofessional then told us to move out of his way. He only acted like that with clients of color! This is a very racist degrading company that I will never do business with again!
Went with this rental place due to previously seen reviews. Wish we never went with them. Arriving at the airport, we followed the directions to get to the shuttle service. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, we were relieved to FINALLY see a Fox shuttle. Also, I should mention that our flight was delayed and we were approaching one of our reservation times (we had 2 rentals). Can you have zero stars? Booked a car a week ago with Fox through Expedia. I broke my foot and need to change my primary driver. Called Expedia and they stated I had to do it directly through Fox. Called Fox and they said I had to do it through Expedia. I asked to speak with the Fox customer service reps manager....she said she didn't have a manager. I then reframed the question and asked to speak with her boss... she hung up on me.
I rented a car in Orlando. I had the nicest man, Hassan. Hassan even traded a car due to the first one smelling like cigarrette smoke. The problem is in the charges. They charged me for 28 gallons of gas, despite the tank only holds 14 gallons. I was also charged for the loss damage waiver that I did not want. You call customer service and it an hour wait and still no person to help. The tax % are calculated on ?, I do not know where they pulled these numbers from. Thanks but no thanks, I will not be using them again.
Terrible! Was supposed to be $255 at pick up and ended up being over 1,000.00! They knew they could over charge us and there was nothing we could do about it because we had missed our flight and were late getting there. Not ethical at all. Then after they took half of our money and acted like a total **** about it they charged us for not filling up the gas tank (EVEN THOUGH WE DID AND VACUUMED THE CAR) when we dropped it off. Worst car company ever. Had a rattlesnake bite and car quit accelerating while my friend was driving in an emergency. The most rude and unprofessional people. I'm gonna blast them all over socially media.
Hi. I usually don't do this but this company is actively stealing. I can't believe this is allowed to go on. I made a reservation for 10 days four months in advance. (Total $411) Mind that their website is advertised: 100% Risk Free (Everywhere)! Then, I cancelled this reservation 2 months before the due date. FOX CAR RENTAL kept my money!!! I could not believe this. I hope that they are investigated. This is truly predatory behavior from a business. So disappointing. Never again.
