Disappointed Order regularly most times its okay, but not today or the last time! Today I ordered online took an hour and a half for a large cheese and pep pizza, I called after an hour and the guy was polite said the driver was in route, took another 30 minutes and then it was COLD! No apology from the driver, just said yeah were busy! Last time the pizza was completely burnt, called they didn't care. I guess I need to find another pizza place, lots of competition in Buffalo! Too bad I had liked Francos!
We ordered a large cheese n pep pizza, 20 wings & 16 breadsticks. The pizza was extremely greasy, the wings were soggy and the marinara sauce tasted like it had sat in the fridge way too long. The only good thing was the breadsticks. Was very disappointed. Sent Francos on Kenmore a FB message and they couldnt even respond to me. Poor service
Franco's used to be our go to place. The last few times they can't even get our simple order correct. Every time we walk in there, there are 20 kids standing around and yet you still have to wait even after arriving 30 plus minutes from placing your order. There goes another pizza place in Kenmore down the tubes.
I wish I didn't like you pizza and wings so much because the service is terrible! Last night I ordered delivery and after 1.5 hours I called to is out where my order was only to e told, "well it's ready but it hasn't left yet". I said, "should I just come and get it?" And he said "yes". Really??? So I went and got it myself, which was a hassle because nobody seemed to know why was going on. Of course when I got home, my pizza was cold. Thumbs way down, Francos.
Usually we have a great experience with Franco's. Tonight we ordered delivery and the driver must have stopped short on the way to the house. Our pizza was totally folded over itself. Big disappointment considering we had three families over for dinner. Hoping they'll do something to satisfy a loyal customer.
Used to love Francos. It was our go-to pizza place. But lately, everytime we order, the order is wrong. The last 4 times we ordered, things were missed, or just completely wrong. Sad. We've moved onto other pizza shops that don't seem to have such a hard time fulfilling a simple order.
Generally your products and service are great, however, tonight I used the online ordering option and was told my order would be ready in 30 min and received confirming email... When I arrived 30 min later to pick-up the order, the pizza wasn't even in the oven, I watched the prep person make it in front of me.... I ended up having to wait another 25 min, with no apology from the counter person or manager or offer of price reduction or coupon for my time. Really makes me want to avoid your establishment in the future
