More information along the way. Better communication. We were surprised that we had to pay more for taking out more money at the end. We also had to orchestrate the avoidance of rolling reserves into the loan. We already had the money in escrow to pay taxes that were currently due, but we had to make arrangements to get the taxes paid with current escrow funds. Seems odd, and we’ve never questioned that before, but that seems to be an industry practice. Not sure why.

They messed up m first application and a second loan process was set up, getting duplicate emails not know which loan you were applying to. Could not get ahold of my contact person via email or phone. Every step of the way there was a hiccup. Would not suggest this company to friends.

The people we worked with were excellent along the way. However, the length of time it took to process the loan and the repeated requests for documents which had already been provided to the underwriters several times was extremely frustrating and time consuming. This occurred even after the closing for additional signed documents that were signed at closing. We have yet to receive any of the documents signed at closing.

Frank was awesome, Maria that assisted with the loan was not great with communications there were several days where her email was not working and she would not respond about things that were needed for processing
