Had to take my 2008 Shelby GT-500KR 40th Anniversary special mustang in for a recall on the driver's side Takata airbag inflator. Jenny, the Service Underwriter, was very friendly and professional in handling this issue and Eric White the Master Mechanic completed the service order and had me on my way in record time. Great experience ;-)

My recent service visit was very good!! I got the appointment time that I needed and they got my car in and out quickly. They have always been friendly and helpful.
Although I did not buy my Lincoln from Friendship Ford, I had taken my car there before for servicing. The work was good and the price was reasonable. Because of the previous experience, I took my car back to have the oil changed, tires balanced and rotated. The work was great and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with the experience.
