RecommendedService manager was ready when I arrived for my appointment, they moved quickly to start the work, gave me credit for my coupon and a discount for being a Veteran (Vietnam). Very pleased.

I bought a 2010 F150 about 2 months ago and a speaker was sounding bad. Called Matt at the sales department he told me to bring it in that they would look at it. I did and the orders a speaker and installed it with no charge. That is what I call customer service. Thanks Feiendship Ford for bringing honesty back to customer service

We love Friendship Ford. After waiting 6 months for Empire Ford to fix 2 important recalls we gave up and called Friendship. We were in the next day and had no problem with their service. Needless to say we won't be going back to Empire ( we bought our Fusion there) and the next car we buy will be at Friendship.
