I had my 2016 Mustang GT in for oil change Tuesday. I was able to schedule it on the web, which is very convenient. I dropped it off a few minutes before the 1:00 appointment and went to lunch. Before I was even finished with lunch, they called and said the car was ready. I was impressed with how efficient their operation was.

Service manager was ready when I arrived for my appointment, they moved quickly to start the work, gave me credit for my coupon and a discount for being a Veteran (Vietnam). Very pleased.

RecommendedOnce again Friendship Ford came through for us. The problem was quickly diagnosed by Eric and fell under our warranty. Jenny made all the arrangements, including a rental car, and we had our vehicle back in 24 hours. Love the customer service at Friendship Ford. Thank you Jenny and Eric.

I bought a 2010 F150 about 2 months ago and a speaker was sounding bad. Called Matt at the sales department he told me to bring it in that they would look at it. I did and the orders a speaker and installed it with no charge. That is what I call customer service. Thanks Feiendship Ford for bringing honesty back to customer service
