We love Friendship Ford. After waiting 6 months for Empire Ford to fix 2 important recalls we gave up and called Friendship. We were in the next day and had no problem with their service. Needless to say we won't be going back to Empire ( we bought our Fusion there) and the next car we buy will be at Friendship.

While I was driving to Tennessee my check engine light came on and I had to stay over night in Bristol, TN. I'm tired, stressed and anxious because my Father-in-law just went to be with GOD....these two gentlemen really squared me away. GOD sent in good people! Thank you Matthew Bryant and Zach!
I bought my son's lease vehicle in 2006. I had never owned a Volvo before. The 2004 Volvo S 40 is a sturdy little car but expensive when repairs are needed. It has over 180,000 miles and i get a lot of check engine lights these days. Friendship Ford Volvo is my only choice for service. Folks at Friendship have always been cordial and fair. I still miss my 1989 Honda Accord. The service manager Aaron is very good.
