I had a great experience taking my Focus (that was not purchased there which was not a problem!) in for service. Everyone was extremely friendly even though I showed up nearly 15 minutes late (due to getting lost lol). My appointment was in the middle of the day but their time estimate was extremely accurate despite being pretty busy! The waiting area/lounge is very nice, with large windows, comfy seats, and a huge TV. They've even got a play area for kids which I thought was really nice.
