Although I did not buy my Lincoln from Friendship Ford, I had taken my car there before for servicing. The work was good and the price was reasonable. Because of the previous experience, I took my car back to have the oil changed, tires balanced and rotated. The work was great and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with the experience. We had an excellent experience buying my Pre Certified, 2016 Ford Edge . Johnny Necessary was so nice, patient and very knowledgeable about his product. Which is very important! Brandon Caldwell, made the buying experience easy and so very friendly as well . Very pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend Friendship Ford in Bristol!

I had a great experience taking my Focus (that was not purchased there which was not a problem!) in for service. Everyone was extremely friendly even though I showed up nearly 15 minutes late (due to getting lost lol). My appointment was in the middle of the day but their time estimate was extremely accurate despite being pretty busy! The waiting area/lounge is very nice, with large windows, comfy seats, and a huge TV. They've even got a play area for kids which I thought was really nice.
