Selling an elderly couple an unsafe car is not good business, especially a car that was already purchased back with issues and should’ve been sent back to Ford! Salesman here will look you right in the face and lie!

Welcoming upon arrival. Waiting on oil change & tire rotation was about 1hr & half. Waiting area was comfortable. My only issue was the care for my car. After getting my car back, hand & arm prints on door frame and around window on both sides of car. I have white leather interior and oily hand prints was on door handle and arm rest. Took our vehicle in for heat not working on the passenger side. Called and said it they needed to do the heater box and actuators. Did the work got the car back with a cracked windshield that they tried saying was there before they ever got the car. Not true. They replaced the windshield got the car back again and the heat was still not working properly. They then said they needed to do the heater core. So they replaced the heater core. No issues with Friendship Sales as a repeat buyer. Friendship Volvo also provides excellent service. However Friendship Ford of Bristol Service Department not only treats customers terribly but states repeatedly “that’s the Ford way.” Recently the windshield wiper fluid pump on my Bronco stopped working. Our excellent local mechanic checked it in 2 minutes on the lift, then said because the vehicle is under warranty the dealership should replace it. Horrific experience- Made a service appointment over one week in advance- then when we brought the truck in, they did not look at it for another three working days. We had to call to check on it and they promised they would get to it the following day. We made calls every day and they were always too busy to talk and could they take a message and get back to us.
