She had been lonely since her Mom (my sis) passed this passed Feb from cancer. But we wanted to be sure she was ready for the responsibility of owning a cat. RecommendedThey were very friendly and did not push us in anyway to buy. Great people to work with. Just felt at home. They also have great selections to pick from.
My son brought our 2021 Nissan Sentra to the dealership for a service issue, hoping to take advantage of the extended warranty we purchased with the car. We were not shocked to learn that normal wear and tear were not covered by this warranty, but we were shocked to learn that something that should have been covered was being blamed on normal wear and tear and therefore was not under warranty. However, to state we were assisting with jumping off his vehicle is not true. We were headed toward the back to get our jump box when the family member stated he had jumper cables and we helped them jump off his vehicle. Do not buy from this business. They are dishonest and do not keep their word. I had negotiated a deal online. I was sent the final invoice for my cashiers check. I asked 3 times for the deposit payment link or process. I had an appointment 5/23 @ 1pm to purchase while in TN. They are now claiming they sold the car before they provided me the final invoice. They lie and and then called me to tell me I was wrong. I have every text. Do not believe a word said or even in writing. Buyer beware.

I am sorry that the vehicle you were using interested in was sold before you were able to finish the sales process. You had sent us a text around 5 and stated you would let us know the next day. Another customer came in at 7 that night and purchased the vehicle. Once again, I am sorry you felt you were entitled to the vehicle but we sell the vehicle to the first person that completes the process.
