They were very friendly and did not push us in anyway to buy. Great people to work with. Just felt at home. They also have great selections to pick from.
Do not buy from this business. They are dishonest and do not keep their word. I had negotiated a deal online. I was sent the final invoice for my cashiers check. I asked 3 times for the deposit payment link or process. I had an appointment 5/23 @ 1pm to purchase while in TN. They are now claiming they sold the car before they provided me the final invoice. They lie and and then called me to tell me I was wrong. I have every text. Do not believe a word said or even in writing. Buyer beware.

I am sorry that the vehicle you were using interested in was sold before you were able to finish the sales process. You had sent us a text around 5 and stated you would let us know the next day. Another customer came in at 7 that night and purchased the vehicle. Once again, I am sorry you felt you were entitled to the vehicle but we sell the vehicle to the first person that completes the process.

i really hate to be that person but we paid 6k for my 2019 explorer to get a water pump & timing chain when we picked up my car a week later after they told us it was fixed i made it 30 minutes down the road and my low engine oil pressure light came on. i pulled over and my husband noticed they didn’t put my dipstick to check my oil back in. oil was all over the bottom of my car not knowing if it done damage we had it towed back to the dealership. the next morning we got a call at 9am mind you they open at 8am saying that th... read more

Selling an elderly couple an unsafe car is not good business, especially a car that was already purchased back with issues and should’ve been sent back to Ford! Salesman here will look you right in the face and lie!

Welcoming upon arrival. Waiting on oil change & tire rotation was about 1hr & half. Waiting area was comfortable. My only issue was the care for my car. After getting my car back, hand & arm prints on door frame and around window on both sides of car. I have white leather interior and oily hand prints was on door handle and arm rest.
