Took my Excursion 7.3 to Friendship just looking to buy some parts for the ole girl. After talking with parts guy he suggested that I talk with the Service manager. Well that scared me a little and my wallet started shaking a little. After talking with “I totally forgot his name, The Bald Guy” I chose to have them do the work. Actually saved me money.
