Had a great experience with these folks. Made my first vehicle purchase here recently on a 2010 F-150. The truck was in great shape, came with a warranty, and was priced fairly. The employees seemed to communicate well with one another on my purchase and I did not encounter a single issue. Friendly people and easy to work with.

My Escape need a seal replacement in the transmission. Although the first replacement was defective the service department ordered another seal and replaced it as well at no charge. I would recommend Friendship Ford for service.
