I purchased a used vehicle. I love the car, but I’m not happy with all the little things that were missed. Every car I’ve purchased from a dealership has gone through a multipoint inspection before it was even listed. I was told this car had gone through one as well. So tell me why I had a headlight, fog light, and license plate light all out. Or maybe explain why there was not any windshield wiper fluid in the vehicle. No floor mats. Nice dealership but good luck getting anything covered under warranty without having to make multiple visits and paying for extra services until they magically fix the issue like they should have.

we came 4 hours away to get a gli with 38,000 miles on it and they stayed open late past 8 for us and super friendly but when we test drove car under 50 MPhil it was fine, once purchased and headed on interstate the car vibrated so bad you couldn't go over certain speed it felt like it had the death wobble, messaged about it they said that's not their problem, we get it to shop next day all tires have knots in them and flat spots, replaced tires and still same just not as bad, car makes a noise like something is wrong in ... read more
Their service techs are not thorough. It took 3 visits to fix my lights and they forgot some clips so I had to return to the dealership a fourth time. In addition they overcharged me. I’m still waiting to hear back on that. Unless absolutely no other choice, I will not return here.

bought a 2020 Hyundai a little over a year ago. 3 months after having it had a headlight go out. They replaced the headlight assembly (under warranty) a few months later same issue. Then in June of this year they 'replaced' the bulbs and sent me a video from the mechanic stating "eventually" it will need replaced. (the it was a harness). fast forward to now they had my car for 2 weeks to do a diagnostic and told me it would cost me almost $5000 to fix. last time I took my car in for oil change I was told I needed new brakes. $1,000 parts plus labor. I got 2 other opinions from 2 Christian mechanics. both told me I didn't need new brakes (I mean it passed VA inspection). prior to that I paid $500+for 30,000 mile service. supposed to have put new wipers on. next time I got in car, the wiper blade was shredded. new ones were not put on. my recommendation would be STOP lying!!

What a clusterpuck sales dept! After arranging a test drive with the internet salesperson, I got to the dealership to test drive a 2023 CPO Santa FE. The salesman wasn't there so they brought in a stand by who said they were trying to locate the car. Red flags going off.
