"Good" Overall a good experience, just wish the time had been shorter. I called the day before and did all of the financial work over the phone, get financing approval, pay down payment, etc...there was no trade-in so no need to inspect a vehicle, the car that I wanted was picked out prior to going to the dealership so being there 3 hours is too long in my opinion. The staff was friendly and did a good job.
