Let me first get out of the way that I love the car and the warranty. That's not the issue here. My issue is with a specific sales person, Scottie Austin, and the general manager, whom I'll get to in a second. During the paperwork, Scottie tried to sneak past an obviously inflated rate for the loan and when confronted with it, he back pedaled stating that it was the best available due to rising interest rates. They advertise their vehicles for a certain price then when you talk to them about a purchase there’s at least a 2,000 dollar add on of dealer fees or should I say hidden charges they add a ceramic coating to a 8 year old car for 998.00 dollars. Should be an option by customer or make the advertising price to reflect that. So the $17,250 advertised price was about $19,200 when you need to pay them. Was disappointed

Drove 5 hours to buy a 17 Tahoe. .dropped $50k on this thing. A week and less than 1000 miles later, rear hatch stopped working. Said I either drive the 5 hours back or it's not their problem. And it needs a front strut. And...had to immediately fill up after leaving the dealer. Thanks for that. I even offered to pay for labor. Garbage...

"Buyer beware - pricing tricks" We were shopping for a used Hyundai and liked one example within our price range that is a few years old with relatively high miles. We asked for a an outright purchase quote and it came in as Sales Price as shown on it, plus $800 in accessories of unknown kind, $599 Proc/Doc fee, and then Tax in dollars with no percent of State/County break down. "Help" You could help people by not forcing them to go along with Hyundai financing just to get a rebate. You put the price on the car then sale the thing for that without finance through your people. Allow folks to get the rebate and finance with whom they wish. Don't think your price is set in stone and be willing to move down and not think about the up!

"Worst Car Buying Experience of My Life" I will never buy another vehicle from Friendship Hyundai ever again. It was the worst car buying experience of my life. The salesperson was not very knowledgeable of the product and was arrogant. The manager, Bobby, was disrespectful and rude. I will never set foot on that property ever again. If you want to buy a Friendship vehicle, then I recommend going across the street to Friendship Ford. They have a much more knowledgeable and friendly staff.

"Sonata 16" I feel the sale man was not far on my trade in because I had 1,000 of ex stuff on it but it was late we didn't leave the dealership till after 10pm I was tried and upset
