they could actually fix my father's cars and give him paperwork for each time he brings it in instead of refusing to document his car problems, incompetent and uncaring!
We have been looking at multiple dealerships over the past few weeks and Friendship has definitely been the worst experience by far. My wife saw a vehicle she liked and was ready to purchase. Until all of the ridiculous fees started to come into play. I'm not talking the usual taxes and tags. We all know that most car salesmen are crooks, but Friendship is horrible. If you see a vehicle you like online, whatever the price is, add about 3000.00 in ridiculous fees. I'm not talking the usual taxes and tags. I'm talking the 699.00 dock fee, and the 998.00 "special car wash" fee. They tell you that the "price online is if they finance, but if you plan to spend cash, go somewhere else. There is a special place in hell for people like this.
My sister went to get her oil changed today. They changed her oil came back and told her she needed new brakes, spark plugs and fix two holes in her tires from nails. Told her it would be 700.00 she told them she didn’t have it and they asked her how much she had she told them: of course they said they would do it for what she could pay which was 400.00. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe several months ago. love the car... not the dealership. called and left messages regarding the license plates... was hung up on. left voice mails Numerous times. no call back. purchased the car at end of June. still no plates. Will never go back. Will purchase my next car out of state if I have to.

Ok so where to begin?? Im not one to leave bad reviews or say bad things about a company. That’s just not who I am as a person. But I feel this shenanigan has gone on long enough. As most of you know we bought a new car back in October. It come with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. Fast forward to January my 3 month warranty expired. 7 days later my check engine light come on. The sales is ok, the service on the other hand, not so much. My car has been there for 3 weeks this coming Friday. I understand it’s not their fault that the car has been recalled, but Hyundai should provide their owners with a loaner. In which this dealership has refused to do. Just ready to have my car back and take it elsewhere from now on. And very rude service ppl. Yes I was rude, because I felt like I wasn’t getting the help I needed.
