I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe several months ago. love the car... not the dealership. called and left messages regarding the license plates... was hung up on. left voice mails Numerous times. no call back. purchased the car at end of June. still no plates. Will never go back. Will purchase my next car out of state if I have to.

Allison, we understand it's very frustrating waiting on tags... Tag work gets very back up when it's the busy season for the DMV.... We most certainly would not intentionally hang up on a customer. Purchased vehicle 07/08/2021 #1-Traded down from a more expensive vehicle with title in hand. *One month later and 4 phone calls to dealership: Still no check for amount owed to me *on each call I was told a follow up call to me would occur with a status update -to be fair I DID get one call- it was 'the checks in the mail' 6 days after that call snd still no check It's time to go public!! #2-My specialty tag was to be transferred; Dealership had all necessary documentation to do the transfer. -Guess who got a registered ... read more

Ok so where to begin?? Im not one to leave bad reviews or say bad things about a company. That’s just not who I am as a person. But I feel this shenanigan has gone on long enough. As most of you know we bought a new car back in October. It come with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. Fast forward to January my 3 month warranty expired. 7 days later my check engine light come on. The sales is ok, the service on the other hand, not so much. My car has been there for 3 weeks this coming Friday. I understand it’s not their fault that the car has been recalled, but Hyundai should provide their owners with a loaner. In which this dealership has refused to do. Just ready to have my car back and take it elsewhere from now on. And very rude service ppl. Yes I was rude, because I felt like I wasn’t getting the help I needed.

We had a couple different guys helping us I wish I could remember the first guys name but Chris was very helpful! The finance guy took his time with my daughter who had never bought a car before and explained everything to her even though it was an hour and a half past closing time! They weren’t pushy and were very helpful!

I was told they could help me out Regardless what i owe on my jeep and stuff and it was a lies watch out people no one wants to help people who work hard unless u got the $$$$$$$ screw this

After realizing that something was incredibly wrong with the paperwork once I arrived home and after taking a few days to look over it and have an advocate look at it, it became apparent that I had been the victim of some really dishonest and unethical sales practices.
