"New car buying" Over all I was very impressed. It was the best new car buying experience I ever had. Sales man Andrew M. was really great to work with. I never felt pressured to buy the first time I stopped to look at the new cars. Second time I was there to actually buy a car was a great experience. so far I have been very happy. "hyundai of bristol experience" Had a great experience at Hyundai of Bristol. The sales team was courteous and not overbearing. They were willing to accommodate our needs. They were willing to hold the vehicle with a small deposit till we received insurance money for our totaled vehicle.
"Friendship Hyundai" I found Friendship Hyundai to be a very Customer Friendly Dealership. Waylon Davenport worked with me for two days to insure that my first Hyundai purchase was a pleasant experience. Every time I drive up at the dealership there is someone there immediately offering assistance. Waylon continues to emphasize that he is always there if I have questions or need assistance.
"Very pleased with the experience." Everyone was friendly and helpful. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All of our questions were answered promptly. Every effort was made to make us comfortable.
"Friendship Hyundai review" Sales and all support staff was great to work with. We were included in lunch while waiting for paperwork to be completed. That in itself was a plus and showed courtesy by the dealership staff. Great group of people to work with.

I contacted this dealership about possibly trading my vehicle in on one that they had. I told them that I did still owe some money on my current vehicle, but wasn’t sure the exact amount. I was told they would contact my finance company and get that amount. Upon receiving their offer and reviewing it, I was not willing to do a deal as I thought it was more than I was willing to pay, which is no problem. This dealership is ridiculous. They had a price listed and an hour after communicating with them they got back to us but with an increased price. We asked them why was there an upcharge that changed on all of their listings(thankfully I took a picture), they asked for verification on that price, image was sent and they said because we had proof they would honor the price. Warning, ladies, family and young ones. They will steal your money and lie to get you in an overpriced vehicle. They Lied about my warranty and totals. Now my transmission is out in less than 5,000 miles and even Mitch Walters won’t help. they won’t help me
