What a clusterpuck sales dept! After arranging a test drive with the internet salesperson, I got to the dealership to test drive a 2023 CPO Santa FE. The salesman wasn't there so they brought in a stand by who said they were trying to locate the car. Red flags going off. Then the sub says they've got another Santa Fe I could test drive & it drove great but as we were coming back I asked if it was an AWD- he so no, FWD like the one you were looking at. After getting pre-approved and driving over an hour it was a waste of time because they wouldn't offer a decent trade in price on 2 cars we have for trade.

SCOTTIE AUSTIN IS A LIAR!!!!! This man sit at the table and told us we got free oil changes which would equal up to around 6. I took my car in for the first oil change and the service center said I didn't have that on my car so we talk to Scottie and he denies it. It was NO misunderstanding. it was a flat out lie. The service dept was nice enough to waive the visit this time. it's not the point of the money. it's the point that he sat there and flat out lied.

I just got a 2016 corolla and test drove it on a warm day and the ac was working. Well thats the only thing that works. Told em about it and got told to piss off pretty much. They said they could have their mechanics that is obviously too incompetent to do it in the first place get me a quote. Ya know instead of doin the right thing and taking care of it. Cody the As Is program is available for the price range that the Toyota was in order too make it affordable for people to drive a later model car at a reasonable price. The cars go thru a safety check and might have some minor problems that the customers are aware of. Most Dealers in our Market have an As Is program!

RecommendedDrove 5 hours to buy a 17 Tahoe..dropped $50k on this thing. A week and less than 1000 miles later, rear hatch stopped working. Said I either drive the 5 hours back or it's not their problem. I even offered to pay for labor. Thanks.

I would but the customer service was ok but we had to wait like 3.5 to 4 hours to get everything done then they keep telling us different things went in there with an online deal didn't even want to recognize that and wouldn't answer the right questions also they send u on the way with hardly no gas in the car..you would think that the money u pay they would have the cars full of gas or at least have way full the website also says if u test drive a car u get a 25$ gift card but didn't get that..tried contacting the sales man... read more
