I purchased a 2017 Elantra on the 14th. After realizing that something was incredibly wrong with the paperwork once I arrived home and after taking a few days to look over it and have an advocate look at it, it became apparent that I had been the victim of some really dishonest and unethical sales practices. Don’t waste your time trying to deal with these people, they add all kinds of BS stuff to your invoice without even asking me if you want to purchase it. Then when you question it they get all defensive. I had to ask them three times for the keys to my vehicle so I could leave.

Me and my mom both went yesterday and had oil changes and a 7 point inspection done. I was told I needed front brakes and it would cost $480!! I said no and brought my car back home and had my brother in law check it. Turns out that I have absolutely no anti freeze in my car!!! He checked my mom’s car and hers was extremely low! Antifreeze is something that is supposed to be checked. Awful service . They lie 100% approvals that a lie . Then when they get some one else they drop ya and run to the other person looking to me you all need more help and people we know what they are talking about awful car dealership I have ever been through do not deal here because they do lie straight to your face .. ask plain as day did you run my credit no we just looked at it . Lie I check my credit report ..
