Frontier Ford Service We were greeted promptly and within 15 minutes we were out the door in a loaner rental car. Our car needed major work and our rep informed us of the work needed as soon as they were able to look at the car. It was easy and painless. the car was there for 9 days but since they arranged for a loaner it was not inconvenient for us. We were very happy with the whole team and how quickly and efficiently took care of our problem. Thank you.

Outstanding experience at Frontier Ford Great experience buying my new F150. From the moment I walked in the door, to driving my off the lot, my experience was very calm and professional working with Gilbert. Even the sales Manager Jack came out introduced himself and was so excited about my truck, jumped in and went for a test drive with me! He filled the tank up with gas for me also. Awesome service at frontier ford! I had an awesome expierience with Gilbert at frontier ford in San Jose California! He was very helpful and took his time to make sure I saw every option in and F150 that I wanted. he was very personable the whole time. Once we sat down to make a deal, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable and pressed to make a decision like most car salesmen.
