The GM of this dealership is the best! The ONLY reason we purchased our new truck at Frontier Ford is because of the General Manager, Mark.. He is honest and professional -- such a rarity in this industry! He was extremely patient and never pushy, and we ended up getting by far the best price (I shopped many dealerships prior to our purchase).

2019 Ford Mustang Very helpful and friendly staff. I did have to send back my new car I just purchased three times because each time it was dirty on the outside and not vacuumed on the inside. Eventually, the dealer that was helping me took it back and cleaned it himself.

2019 Ford Ranger Great service and sales staff. Finance manager tried relentlessly to up sell until I finally had to put a stop to it making the room very uncomfortable all while being recorded. If a customer says no to up sell items it means no. Not no eight times until you piss off the customer. Seriously thought about walking out at that point. I would not have customers if I tried these tactics.
