Bought a Focus RS - great experience I wanted to test drive the 2018 Focus RS, and contacted Frontier Ford in Santa Clara via Internet sales. When I got to the dealer, a salesman was ready to show me the car, and we went on a test drive. I loved it, and bought the car the same day! The buying process went smoothly, with the usual options being pushed, but I felt that I could make up my mind about what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Frontier Ford.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE I received VIP treatment at this dealership and I will admit it was the best experience I ever received in my many years of buying a car. Everyone one was extremely friendly and helpful including salel personnel not directly helping me and Marty Divincenzo went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I really wanted with payments I could afford. 2017 Ford Escape SE Did not like the way the Finance Dept. handled my transaction which part of the buying experience. Some of the information he was saying is misleading and wized right through the whole process and warranty options. He needs to be reassigned to the sales department as you can tell he's been in his position too long the way he talks "right" though the customer. Sales person didn't bring up the $750.00 rebate I was suppose to receive. Luckily I had a printed copy with me.

Where you buy a truck I drove many miles, many many miles and past many other Ford dealers to get my truck here. And let me just say it's a great truck. They have a huge and I do mean huge inventory of cars & trucks and I got exactly what I wanted.

My New Car I am disappointed at how quickly the Charge dissipates, and have to charge the car every day. I work as a crossing guard for the school system and my corner is maybe a half mile away from my home. I drive to work twice a day and if I add going to the grocery store and back which is in a shopping center, at the corner where I cross the kids going to school, the charge is gone. That's like less than 5 miles total. I only just bought the car two weeks ago, and now it is the holidays, so I will wait until after the 1s... read more
