Ford F-150 super crew cab We bought both our trucks there at Frontier Ford. We have only had them serviced there. We would not take them anywhere else. We get great service there. The people are very friendly & courteous! We love Frontier Ford!!!

Bling's 75K checkup My bling had her 75K check up and she needs some additional work. Eldin is working with me to get those items repaired. Thank you Eldin for being so patient and explaining and whys and how to keep my girl Bling running smooth. BTW, I LOVE THE FORD ESCAPE.

Service appointment My service rep, John, wrote my service RO as soon as I arrived and said he would notify me as soon as my service was completed. John came to the customer lounge and told me my vehicle was ready. Altogether from write up to delivery was less than an hour. Very good job.

Repair service at Frontier Ford Repairs were a little pricey and took over a week. I had a hard time making sense of some of the paperwork regarding the suggested/needed repairs. The service associate that was taking care of me was very good at staying in communication with me and returning phone calls and was very pleasant. My complaint is that my repairs were going to be just under $3000 and took longer than what I was originally told. They didn't have any loaner cars available and did not offer to put me in a rental.
