Miguel and every other representative I met there during the process were warm and ready to help at all times (never hesitated to walk to the garage finding the car i need multiple times). I liked the way the General Manager was diligent and genuine in communicating what he could do and what he couldn't whenever I had a counter offer. Overall highly recommend this place.
I went in for “the works” oil change and inspection. I went in for “the works” oil change and inspection. I asked if it included a brake inspection because the brakes are squeaking, “yes it includes a brake inspection”. The service was fine no issues, when I picked up my truck “everything looks fine”. I asked about the brakes, he said they look fine. I asked about the squeaking he said that would be considered diagnosing a problem and cost 2 hour minimum.
