The right salesperson I purchased a 2016 Explorer. I commend Victor (salesman)for being very knowledgeable, friendly and probably the deciding factor that led me to purchase the Explorer that rainy Sunday. Although he got tied up with another customer after I had left to pick up my wife(treasurer)so that she could see the vehicle, he made every conscious effort to ensure that I was being taken care of.
