Great Service! I recently brought my car in for an oil change early on a sat morning, I went into the waiting room and there was fresh coffee and donuts waiting. It was a nice thing to do for the customers that are waiting. The Tech that wrote up my work order was extremely polite and professional. The wait was not long at all, and I had a nice chat with some other customers waiting. My overall experience was nice. I would recommend Frontier Ford to all my family and friends! Great response to customer needs. I am very pleased with the ease of convenience that was afforded us on the last visit(drop off 2013 Fusion for service). The scheduled drop off; and the rental car pick up happened quickly and smoothly. The rental was a great help and good will gesture on Ford's part. There was a little xxxx-up on the drop off of the rental, because of Enterprise being closed, and the attendant not wanting to sign-off that he was responsible for the rental. Great Service Joe Conti did an excellent job of informing me on the various options on my new Ford diesel. When the truck arrived Joe found a problem with the sway control and immediately informed me of the problem. When he had the problem fixed he had me speak directly with the Diesel Mechanic "Ryan Parrette" who explained the problem and then further instructed me on how to best treat my new truck.

Great service / great dealership I called and made an appointment for service for my 2011Escape. When I got there I was greeted, told them I had an appointment. I waited a couple of minutes for a service advisor. I asked him questions and he answered them very pleasant. When the vehicle was finished, he came in to let me know. He even had my car in the driveway pointed in the direction of the exit. It was a great service day

Great facility!! I bought my 2006 Ford Explorer 10 yes ago. I LOVE IT. I have continued to have it serviced at Frontier Ford and that's why it is in great condition.
