Overall Experience The only issue was that the winshiel sticker for the next oilchange was not updated. This ,however is no problem.

Director - Product Marketing Very easy check-in and drop off evening before. Completed work in time required for afternoon pickup, thorough explanation of services completed and things to think about at next appointment. Only 4-stars on "Facilities" because no one met me when I pulled into the Maintenance bay (sign said to stay with your vehicle but I had to go inside to ask for help).

Great service I think your web-site needs some work. I tried to schedule an appointment for 18 Jan. 2016. The time I selected was 11:30, which worked, but the date was always 1 Feb., 2016. I called, and the women was very nice and told me to bring my car in and they would take care of it. Worked out great, and happy with your service. Thanks for the price break.
