Great service. Maintenance for a Ford C-Max--primarily an oil change with routine check of other items. I decided to wait for the service to be completed and was surprised how soon it was finished. The staff was very helpful and polite. Thanks for the good service.

Great Buying Experience I purchased a used Toyota Solara convertible from Frontier Ford. I love my vehicle - it drives smoothly, like butter! The sales team at Frontier Ford has been very helpful and supportive (especially my salesman, Stu Gregory). I am a repeat customer of Frontier Ford, and will come back again!
Good operation While the service and alignment of new tires took longer than expected, I was informed, kept abreast to the delays.The waiting area was good- although I would have appreciated a donut or two...and it would be great if a separate room could be provided for those making extensive noisy phone calls. The staff are the best. That is why I travel 30 miles to get service at your dealership.

Awesome Service I had to come in on a Saturday, with no appointment, because my extra key had been stolen. The staff were super helpful in explaining the options I had, the cost of each and the time each would take. They were able to get me in and my key situation handled within two hours. It really made the situation better for me knowing that the old key would no longer work. I always know taking it to the service team at Frontier that I'll be taken care of and this time was no different.

Great place if you have a ride home. I only have one problem with your service department, and that is with transportation home. The first time my wife went to drop off our Edge, she had planned on walking our German Shepherd home the 2 miles from the dealership, but was told she couldn't, or that they wouldn't let her, so she waited around for a ride and it took as long as if she had walked. This last service, she didn't take the dog, but was forced to wait around over 45 minutes until there were others needing rides. The g... read more

Ford Escape for a busy mom I booked my appointment online. I selected a service "package" I thought best matched what I needed. There was no price quote for this. That's frustrating.
