JSKCAR I bought one used car from Frontier Ford in Santa Clara, and it was very successful! Never had any problems with it, and it kept it's value very well when we sold it after about 60,000 miles.
Best deals, selection, and excellent service A++++ I am happy to give this dealer 5 stars. But for the weak presentation of stock on hand, the overall experience at Frontier Ford was the best in the Bay Area. I got a great deal using the rebates to knock off $4000 off the sticker price with no haggling whatsoever. Awesome Customer Service I just bought a Ford Mustang Shebly GTO with some serious upgrades. Got a really fair price and was treated with respect. Stuart Gregory was excellent. Pleasant purchasing experience, My wife and I just purchased a used car from this dealer and were quite pleased with the entire process. Despite the other two reviews we were offered the internet price immediately and were able to bargin a bit from there. First experience with the service center was not a good First experience with the service center was not a good one. I scheduled my vehicle for an oil change. They had it all day and when I got it back, the oil change had not been done. I rescheduled the oil change, they picked up at 10am and I did not get it back. They had to keep it over night. Horrible customer service I saw a car that I was really interested in and gave them a call. On the phone, I talked to a really nice lady and told her I would come in that evening. She said she would be there to help me. When I arrived, she was on her way out the door, and referred me to someone else. The guy was so unhelpful and could have had a better attitude.
