Just bad in general. Brought my car in for wheel alignment, didn't fix the issue. Second time came back and got charged $250 for an inspection (just inspection but not fixing), this time they say that the axle is damaged which they should of told me the first time. Also they didn't put back my vehicle parts after the inspection, extremely unprofessional.
Update to my original review: After all of that happened, I contacted Ford corporate and they got involved. Credit to them for intervening. In the end, Frontier's GM found me a replacement car that matched my original order, and even sold it to me for a discount under MSRP for my troubles. Mike, the salesman I interacted with this second time around, was excellent.
