Im not saying Ford the company is bad, I'm saying this particular dealership is one I highly recommended not to buy your vehicle from. Management there is just about the money. I almost purchased a vehicle there, did the paperwork and we were at the gas station to fill up. Well the vehicle had a bad battery and wouldn't start so they needed to keep it over night so technicians could install the new battery. This location doesn't deserve one star at all. There sales team, they're 3 out of 5. But the SERVICE DEPARTMENT is the reason for the low rating. Worst Customer Service ever, no proper phone etiquette, plain out rude. One service advisor contacted us and yelled at us stating "If you don't like how we do service on your car then take it somewhere else, don't come and ruin my place of work." My son-in-law purchased a used Infiniti from here. Two years later his car was a total loss when he was backed into. He went down to this dealership to cancel his GAP insurance in which he paid $657.73 for. They had him fill out the request for cancellation to GAP Administrator Express Systems, Inc. and was told it would be 120 days to get his refund. I bought my Ford Focus here (2012), all these year I have the service there for over 10 years never go to any where because it is close to my house. I received the letter from Ford about "Customer Satisfaction Program 14M02" so I call to make an appointment for this test because my car is lack of power. They told me that I have to leave my car over there at lease 3-4 weeks for check up and if I need the TCM change I have to wait for another at least 6 months. Dishonest and greedy dealership. They're giving Ford a bad name. The markups here are absolutely ridiculous. Selling "new" vehicles with more than 2000 miles on the odometer. Frontier Ford used to be my go-to dealership. Sad.

You've been warned DO NOT COME HERE!!! I UNDERSTAND MARK UPS but when you order with price protection, and when your vehicle comes in and they mark up the price, what's the whole point of ordering and promising the price you agreed on before ordering ? There are too many other Ford dealerships around to waste your time on this dealership. Omar Nabizada and Jack Frietas is probably the worst sales people I've ever dealt with or met. They're not even close to being humans. Save yourself from the low lives.

Such a disappointing experience! My father-in-law retired from Ford Motor Company after 37 years of service. As a supposed company perk, family members are allowed to purchase vehicles at a discount. We went to Frontier Ford today to buy a new Bronco with the required code, but they didn't want to follow protocol and allow us to purchase it so they could keep it in their inventory for more profit. This was a horrible experience with their service department. I scheduled an appointment to have the transmission on my 2019 F150 looked at. After sitting in the check-in area for 25 minutes, without being checked in, a service rep finally came to the truck. After confirming my appointment, he informed me that they wouldn't be able to diagnose the transmission issue for three weeks. I said okay, and that I'd bring the truck back in three weeks.
