I bought a Blue Advantage Certifed car here and the finance guy said it was covered by a 14 day return policy. 12 days later he doesn't work there any more and they say they don't participate in that return program. Tons of high pressure tactics before and after the sale too. I'm out thousands of dollars in use tax and depreciation. I wish I'd never set foot in this place.
I got a delivery of Mach E last October. When I got delivery the finance person forgot to give me $500 deposit I made when I ordered the car. I sent several emails and no satisfactory answer (no return of deposit) I am not sure if this is one time mistake with very bad customer service or more systematic. I have been sending my emails to Omar & Leo.
Frontier Ford or Ford for that matter.,The worst managed company in the world to deal with. Do not do business with Frontier Ford/Ford or the online system.. I tried to change our sign in at Financial and Ford Pass, could not for weeks.. They said that they would call, never did.. called 3 times and finally it worked after speaking to a 1/2 dozen representatives.. I bought a brand new truck here last week. The truck had less than 40 miles on it when I noticed the front drivers side tire rubbing when turning. After being told I would get a call to get the truck in I had to follow up numerous times and finally got them to look at the truck. The quickly looked at it called me back and said rubbing is normal. This is not true as I have posted on may F150 Tremor forums. Frontier Ford management are literally useless. Both their Sales and Service are worth 0 (zero) stars, not even one. When I was looking to buy a Ford Fusion Hybrid, one of the sales people promised a certain price (which was called X-plan pricing, by Ford). Since the vehicle was in transit from Ford to the dealer, I had to wait a couple of days. Lo and behold, a couple of days later, when I went to the dealer to get the vehicle, the salesman tells me that his manager did not agree to the price. What the hell? THINK TWICE IF YOU WANT TO BUY FROM FRONTIER FORD Three months ago we purchased a used Ford Edge. First of all it was our first time purchasing a used car, so we didn't know that they have to disclose the Carfax and the Recalls and other issues. Bought a 2014 Ford E350 cutaway van. 63K miles. Paid a lot. It had a loud rattle which was heard by the salesman (Mike Marrufo), some sort of service adviser and my friend who came along with me. I said it needed to be repaired as part of the transaction. The salesman agreed to do it and it was noted in the "Get Ready" form as "Final Inspection on Vehicle". I brought the car in for a recall replacement. I asked them to check battery and lights. Each diagnostic would cost $250 separately (already absurdly expensive). They called me multiple times, each time saying one more piece needs to be purchased and replaced and there is no way I can use the old functional pieces. Otherwise the car would not start. STAY AWAY. Sleazy and dishonest slimeballs make up the entire sales department here. I had it in writing that my Ford Bronco would be sold to me at MSRP and when I got there the head salesman, Omar, first offered me a price $20k over what I offered. When I said no to that, he came back with a revised price that was over $1500 MSRP, and he insisted it had to be sold at that price because it had spray on clear coat ($200-$300?) already put on.
