Don't preorder here! I preordered a pick up truck and it came with a wrong configuration 6 months later. Then I ordered again, waiting another year. What incompetent service advisors ... it's been 3 times that they have me wait for over 20mins just to get checked in for a scheduled appointment. First time I went they didn't do the job right that I had to leave the vehicle again also left my spare tools loose everywhere in the back seat. 2nd time they wanted me to fill out and check my own vehicle in (do their jobs for them)... also the tech didn't screw on my DEF cap or bothered to wipe off the DEF he spilled on the side of my truck so I had white dried up chemicals on m... read more
What a ridiculous business! We were in touch with them about a car we wanted to purchase, offered to pay a deposit, which they wouldn't take. My husband told them he is on his way from San Francisco to buy the car, half way in he gets a message that the car was sold. Horrible customer service, subpar business!
Quite literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I implore anyone considering using this Ford Dealership for anything, especially anything related to service to go to a different dealership like the one on Capitol or in Sunnyvale. They are shockingly incompetent at managing service cases, they have told me about 5 times they'd call me back and never have. At this point I wish I had just gone to trade school for 4 years and learned how to service my own car, probably would have taken less time.
please do not buy MPP insurance with Frontier FORD, because when you want to use said MPP Insurance, Ford does not respond I bought a 2018 Mercedes 300, for 60 months and when I took the car they didn't take care of me because according to them the Insurance expired after 36 months, I called the manager who sold me that 60,000-mile or 4-year warranty insurance and he told me that They had to repair my vehicle and it turns out that to date they only say that Mr. Jay is never at the dealership , this time it is the second tim... read more
Found out also that they sold me a vehicle with a damaged muffler cracked in 2 places , very dangerous, carbon monoxide can go back into the vehicle !!! Talked to a lawyer basically these guys got away with murder. It doesn't matter brand new or used. These guys should not be in business. Definitely have learned a lesson never again, so hopefully people see this review and do not buy from this Ford dealer.
THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS FRAUDULENT! WOMEN BEWARE The service department is a nightmare. I paid for Premium Ford Care on my car. And I pay a premium to have them work on it as I know they are working on Mustangs every day, these are the experts and I don't mind paying more for quality work. My Friday service was far from this. Update to my review: I requested Bureau of Automotive Repair investigate my complaints regarding defective work. I have learned this service center has half a dozen complaints against them in a short amount of time. Of course the service manager was a jerk in person all they want is money and to charge you more and more for their mistakes but once contacted by investigators they welcome you back to "take care of you" when they realize how they operate this business is not legal.
